Fulfillment Issues: Complete Collections

Hi Everyone!
So some of yall have come to us indicating that the collection you were suppose to get, has duplicates instead of one of the ones you are missing. This is a packing issue we need to address with our manufacturer and has nothing to do with Toynk in the fulfillment process. However, Toynk is here to help fix any issues that may arise. They will help you get the right kitty.
If however you are already on the Tentacle Kitty Trading Group either on Facebook, or on our Discord channel , there are folks who have duplicates of different kitties that would more than happily trade your duplicate for theirs if they match. Plus, if you haven't joined our discord, it's pretty much the more wholesome place anywhere ever so I highly recommend joining it regardless.
It's frustrating that there are mixups in the mystery bag collections. We were pretty specific about packing specific items in the boxes, so when there's mixups, it's on our manufacturers packing team. Unfortunate but let's face it, they are taking blind bags and putting them in with blind bags, it's not the easiest job I imagine.
Either way we want to ensure you that we want to fix every issue yall have. It's our goal to make things right in the best way we possibly can, so have faith, we will get you straightened out. So if you have a mixup, or a mistake in sewing or something, feel free to reach out to Toynk at [email protected]. They are there to help us, help you.

Lastly, those that are still waiting for their kitties, there seems to be little less than a thousand folks left to be fulfilled, so hang tight, they are coming.

HI EVERYONE!!!
So I can officially say that we are officially fulfilling starting today... OFFICIALLY! Our warehouse team is pulling pledges, addresses, and lists and they will start shipping asap! I have no idea how long it will take them to process all of them, but ITS HAPPENING!!!
If you have any issues at all with your pledge, please email [email protected]. They will fix you right up! I can tell you that address changes at this point would cause issues, so hopefully all of you have updated your address before the address lock happened.
On a personal note, I wanted to thank all of you for your incredible patience and understanding as we battled the logistics of the pandemic era. We dealt with delays on our last Kickstarter: First Responders & Essentials, so we planned for similar delays... golly we were not prepared for the delays we ended up having. Cancellations of boats, rescheduling of leaving docks, landing, customs, every step of the way was another delay. We know now how things work nowadays, so we should be able to go forward knowing the pitfalls that we could run into and plan ahead, so I don't see this big of delays next time. Course, things happen that are out of our control, but at least we have experience in the delays and how we can hopefully prevent of lessen them moving forward.
Your kindness and love of Tentacle Kitty kept us going this year, and we have new and exciting stuff around the corner. But for now, Let's revel in the excitement that these kitties are finally almost home!!

Items being sold before kickstarter fulfillment error remedied

Hi Everyone
So some of you noticed that the kickstarter items appeared on eBay. This was an issue with the warehouse and has been remedied. Any items that have been sold will be canceled and refunded until we complete fulfillment of the kickstarter.
Your trust in us matters so I want to personally assure you we will make sure everyone gets their pledges before these go on sale online. And any kickstarter exclusives will remain exclusive.

Warehouse Processing

Hi Everyone,
Currently the warehouse is processing the items (apparently there's some boxes that didn't make the first shipment, so a second was sent out shortly after) and there is one more product that still hasn't arrived yet at the warehouse but will be there next week.
So while we wait for those to come, we are getting things lined up so everything should be smooth sailing. I'm going to assume based on previous experience we are probably looking at the first batches of pledges to be fulfilled starting either next week, or the week after, depending on how long it takes for the last remaining items to arrive.
In the mean time, Toynk doesn't have much information as far as fulfillment at the moment. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me over PM here.

48 hours till we lock addresses!

Hi Everyone!
Everything is coming together! still processing the shipment at the warehouse, but in the mean time, I've officially pressed the "lock addresses with notice" button. in 48 hours all addresses will be locked. all of you should have received an email just now explaining such and giving you your link to confirm or change your address.
After that time, any address you have on there will be the one your pledge goes to.
So be sure to check it asap ok?
