Hi Everyone!

We just heard that the shipment is being delivered today! That means we have a week or so until we start shipping!!! Warehouse needs to process the new SKU's, log inventory, put them into proper bins, etc, you know, warehouse stuff, It took two weeks before they were ready to ship last time, so we should assume the same going forward. 

So on that note, I'm giving the notice that in 48 hours, I will launch the 48 hour address change notice, which will notice you that you need to change your address if you need to. 

Once the 48 hour notice goes out it will email all of you to double check your address. 

Any issues feel free to send me a PM. I'll send your survey link, click the top right button titled "Edit Address" correct it if need be, and there we go!

HI EVERYONE!!

Super excited to tell you we have a pretty firm ETA for the shipment! They are estimated to arrive on December 30th to the warehouse!!! That means that if all goes well, we should be shipping things out early January!!

I'm going thru and catching up with messages today, so you will be hearing from me today.

As for addresses, I will make sure everyone has their stuff updated. I will send out the official "Hey, change your address if you moved" email at the end of the month.

Oh and I will get the card out for yall asap. Hopefully today!

Arriving at port soon...?

Hi Everyone!

So I've heard that the boat should be arriving at Houston either yesterday, today, or sometime after... Doesn't mean much I suppose, since even if it arrives, we have no clue what the timeline is going to be.

For example. Many of you have stopped by Emerald City Comic Con and noticed that the exclusives did not show up. That is because the boat arrived November 3rd... then didn't get allowed to park at the port until a day before the convention, December 3rd actually. THEN it STILL HAS NOT BEEN ALLOWED TO UNLOAD!?! its just insane guys.

So I will keep you up to date on what's going on. Then our freight logistics team has informed me there might not even be trucks available to drive it up to Chicago where it will be fulfilled until after the new years... So we still have some time. I'd recommend reviewing your survey information on the email you were sent from Backerkit to ensure you have the correct address. I have a ton of messages to go thru so it takes me a couple days to get to you, but I'll be responding here for the next few days, so if you sent something since the last update, you'll get a reply soon.

Hang tight folks. We will get thru this!

ITS HAPPENING!!! We have officially sailed! Woo!

Took long enough. I can't believe the delay with this.

I'm waiting to hear ETAs and all that, but yay! Progress!
